Chapter 61 He Can't Become a Female Bodhisattva
Chapter 61 He Can't Become a Female Bodhisattva
...Are you in samadhi already?
Feng Budu felt that after being abused for so many days, he should have gotten used to the talent shown by Qin Baiqing.
But it will always break through again inadvertently and without warning.
But at this time, fortunately, Qin Baiqing seemed to have comprehended the Buddhist Zen, so Feng Budu had nothing to be jealous of, and even wanted to ask Zhu Fu if he was envious?
But looking at Zhu Fu's honest face that never changed, he felt that it was useless to ask.
So he simply shut his mouth and stopped disturbing Qin Baiqing's meditation. He just touched his chin thoughtfully.
What kind of person can have such a high level of comprehension of both Buddhism and Taoism and not go crazy?
Such a person is either a rare genius in cultivation who is destined to become the Emperor of Heaven, or... he is a scourge that brings disaster to the people and can easily turn the world upside down by himself.
However... Feng Budu recalled Qin Baiqing's performance in the past few days and felt deeply that she was already a disaster now, and she couldn't get any worse.
"That makes sense." Feng Budu nodded to himself, but felt that he was worrying about nothing.
……
On the other side, Qin Baiqing opened her eyes and saw a golden flash in the quiet white.
"..."
She blinked blankly, her eyes feeling uncomfortable from being stung. She squinted to barely make out the outline of a human figure, and barely recognized that it was her sister.
There was silence all around, but Qin Baiqing could still hear the clear sound of the Guanyin song in her mind. She finally realized belatedly that she must have entered the world of meditation.
She sat cross-legged in the middle, her small figure almost submerged in the light, sinking into the endless nothingness.
Is this my own world, or the golden world before my eyes?
Before she could figure out what was going on, she saw the golden sister bending down, the light shining on Qin Baiqing, but the voice seemed to come from the other side far away.
"Little friend, do you want to become my apprentice?"
"You..." Qin Baiqing hesitated for a long time, and subconsciously lowered her voice. After a while, she asked curiously, "Are you Guanyin?"
If you don't want to listen to the music, what are you doing here?
"No," the voice from afar came again, one on the left and the other on the right of the Guanyin song without interfering with each other, and at the same time was clearly imprinted in Qin Baiqing's ears.
"I am just an ordinary monk, but if you want, you can become a female bodhisattva."
"no no no!"
She mentioned Qin Baiqing's taboo words.
Female Bodhisattva, isn’t that still a nun?
Qin Baiqing was immediately very upset. She covered her head with her hands. She didn't understand why so many people cared about her hair. She refused in a hurry, "I don't want to learn from you. I want my hair. Don't teach me. I don't want to listen..."
"Okay." The golden figure did not force it, nor did he ask why Qin Baiqing refused. He simply took a step back, the light on his body dissipated a little, and said indifferently:
"It seems like we are not meant to be together, so let it be..."
The voice became weaker and weaker, and the color of the figure became lighter and lighter, and it seemed that it was about to disappear in front of Qin Baiqing without a trace.
But Qin Baiqing suddenly thought of Zhu Fu, and called her again in distress, asking: "You can accept a disciple, Zhu Fu is a good monk, do you want to consider him?"
People in the Buddhist community seem to like being Bodhisattvas. Although this person was talking about female Bodhisattvas, Qin Baiqing thought that perhaps Zhu Fu would not mind.
So he didn't care about his hair for a moment, leaned forward a little, and tried to see the golden light clearly, "Zhu Fu is the best monk I have ever seen."
She had only come into contact with two monks in her life. But Qin Baiqing thought about it and decided not to say this.
“No,” the figure sighed and said quietly, “Although he has a majestic appearance, his desires are incomplete. No matter how high his talent is, it is not suitable for me. I can’t teach him.”
What does incomplete mean?
Qin Baiqing thought of how Zhu Fu had helped her many times and wanted to ask a few more questions on his behalf, but before she could say anything, the figure had already dispersed cleanly.
"How can you run so fast?" Qin Baiqing muttered, and then came to her senses, realizing that she had opened her eyes without knowing when, and returned to that sparsely populated place with ethereal Zen sounds.
Two people, four pairs of eyes staring at her, actually made Qin Baiqing feel a little shy.
But her attention was soon drawn to a tiny flow of breath behind Feng Budu.
She could recognize that these were subtle traces of Feng Budu's internal skills. She had seen them before when he was fighting and flying the sword, but it was the first time that Qin Baiqing saw such subtle changes in him when he was calm.
She was about to ask if Feng Budu's technique was broken, but when she turned around, she saw more trouble.
Qin Baiqing's mind moved, and she understood instantly. This was probably what she gained from entering into a state of meditation.
"Awake?" Feng Budu saw that she didn't say anything after waking up, so he waved his hand in front of her, but saw that Qin Baiqing suddenly smiled happily.
He didn't ask the reason, but just breathed a sigh of relief, "It's already the third day. If you don't wake up, the Hundred Sects Competition will be halfway through."
When the battle gets to the later stages, it becomes much more difficult to find the eye of the storm.
"I slept for a long time." Qin Baiqing exclaimed, touched her empty belly, and missed Zuo Fanyu.
very hungry……
I want to eat Baihua Cake, Peach Blossom Cake, Tianjiao Soup, White Jade Dumplings...
Qin Baiqing was so hungry that her eyes were wide open. She watched Feng Budu's lips opening and closing numbly, and not a single word he said was about food.
Neither of them noticed Qin Baiqing's hunger and resentment.
"I have observed the location and time of the eye of the storm these past few days and found some patterns." Feng Budu kept talking about business, pointing to the valley where the eye of the storm appeared in the distance, and said solemnly:
"There are only three locations where it has appeared so far, and it appears in a regular pattern. I have recorded the time, interval, and location of each appearance..."
Qin Baiqing was stunned again and again after hearing this, and finally pulled herself back from hunger and listened to him excitedly.
"You are a thoughtful fellow Taoist. I am ashamed of myself." Zhu Fu also smiled and congratulated Qin Baiqing, "I wish you can get what you want."
"Oh, right! Zhu Fu!" Qin Baiqing suddenly remembered.
She quickly got up. Although she didn't know what the golden figure meant by "incomplete desire", she felt it was very important. So while she still remembered it, she quickly said, "Someone told me that your desire is incomplete and you can't be a female bodhisattva. Do you know why?"
"…Because he himself cannot be a female Bodhisattva." Feng Budu muttered silently.
"I don't know either." Zhu Fu pondered for a moment and did not doubt Qin Baiqing's words at all.
Although he was puzzled, he nodded seriously, "I've made a note of it. Thank you for passing it on. Since it's my question, I'll think about it carefully."
Buddhism still attaches great importance to desire, and Zhu Fu quietly kept this matter in mind.
"Okay, keep going." Qin Baiqing patted him encouragingly, then walked in front and urged the two of them, "Let's go find the eye of the storm!"
Following the rules summarized by Feng Budu, they came to the place in the middle where the eye of the storm appeared.
As soon as I stopped, I saw signs of the eye of the storm in front of me, as if it had just opened.
