Chapter 60 Non-Chapter 003 Remarks on the Release
Chapter 60 Non-Official Article 003 Remarks on the Release
It will be available at 11.1:0 am on November st! That is tonight!
I never thought that I would have to write a thank you note for a product being published!
Over the years, I have read countless comments on the launch of other people's novels, and I have also imagined how I would write such comments if I were writing my own novel, but I never thought that this day would actually come.
Thousands of threads.
I don’t know how to write a thank-you speech. The last time I wrote something similar was three years ago. I’ll just write whatever feels right!
First of all, I should be thankful for my luck (when I wrote this, the first thing that popped up in the input method was cloud, haha, many people complained about this name, but the meaning of this name is not bad, but you don’t have to care too much, it won’t be too long before the protagonist has a Taoist name, which is a more formal name, just like Feng Jihu, Wen Sukong, and even Lu Dongbin, but I’m still thinking of a Taoist name, and I don’t even dare to use the one I thought of before opening the book, for fear that everyone will be dissatisfied, and I’m very entangled).
I wrote two books in total. The first one is "The New Legend of Nezha in Conferred Gods". At that time, I thought of the titles "Nezha", "The Legend of Nezha", "The New Legend of Nezha in Conferred Gods", and "The New Legend of Nezha in Conferred Gods". All of them were occupied, so I had to choose an unsatisfactory title "The New Legend of Nezha in Conferred Gods". Only then was it uploaded successfully. "The New Legend of Nezha in Conferred Gods" was written by me after listening to the song "Nezha" and being inspired by the line "He is unparalleled in this life". It was a whim. It happened to be the first year of graduate school when the city was closed due to the epidemic. I had nothing to do at home, so I just picked up a pen to write. However, after returning to school, I had a heavy scientific research task, so I wrote less and less. I wrote a chapter when I had an idea and had time. Naturally, the results were not good. But I didn't care at that time. I was just writing for fun. Later, when I wrote about the war between Shang and Zhou, when various saints appeared and were entangled with the war between mortals, my writing skills gradually became insufficient. Those who know the original work should know that the generals fighting the gods are too nonsense, and I can't accept it.
So I slowly thought about how to break the deadlock, and gradually updated less and less, but every time there is a new chapter, there are still readers who read it, and I am very grateful to them. When my writing skills improve, I will continue to write, I think there is also a very exciting world there!
When I was imagining the Conferred Gods, I also imagined another world, that is, Shushan. My impression of Shushan first came from the movie "The Legend of Shushan" and the TV series "The Legend of Sword and Fairy", which I liked very much. I went to read the original novel, but found that I couldn't read it. Huanzhu Louzhu was too imaginative and the plot jumped a lot, so I just read it in a skipped way and basically got the general idea (but I am definitely not proficient in it. Now I am still looking up while writing). Then I looked for Shushan novels and saw "Shushan" by Toad, which has a unique style. After that, I didn't find a novel that I particularly liked, so naturally, I wanted to write it myself.
The world of Shushan is magnificent, but Emei is not my first choice. In the original novel, Emei is too domineering, as if she is the only one in the world, which does not completely fit the word "xia". So I wanted to write a protagonist from the traditional Taoism, who is strong but gentle, chivalrous and saves the world. It's that simple, but there are too many Taoist mountains in China, and I was very entangled about which one to choose. Qidian posted an essay contest for Sanqing Mountain, and when I learned about it, I thought, wow, it's suitable!
There are many scenic spots in Sanqing Mountain, and there are also scenic spots arranged according to the eight trigrams in Sanqing Land. There are too many articles to write here, so the idea took shape quickly, and I began to conceive the whole article. In the last few days before the essay contest ended, I published "The Earthly Immortal of Shu Mountain". I remember very clearly that the essay contest ended on September 9th, and I published the book on the 30th. On the 27th, I went to Dali with my wife to take wedding photos, and I was still updating it on my phone in the hotel at night.
After "Shushan" was published, I signed the contract very soon. When I was talking about the fourth chapter, I would like to thank editor Bacon for signing me for the second book so early when I hadn't finished the first one yet.
Maybe there are more fans of the original novel? After the release of "Shushan", more people read it. Later, book lovers who love the classic fairy tale genre made an effort. With the recommendation of the editor, it quickly came to the first round of recommendations, and then skipped the second round and went directly to the third round, and was on the new book list. When it first came on the new book list, it was ranked in the top 90 in the fairy tale category, and then it changed every day and quickly rushed into the top ten. At the same time, it can also be seen in the overall new book list. Then, it went to Sanjiang and remained in the first place in the new book fairy tale category and the top three in the overall list. This is all due to everyone's support.
So here I would like to express my special thanks to everyone for their support, including those who gave me tips, voted for me monthly, voted for me for recommendations, left comments, and read me silently. I am very grateful to everyone for their support. You gave me the motivation to keep writing! I had thought about listing all the people who gave me tips, voted for me monthly, voted for me for recommendations, and left comments to thank them all, but the book is getting better and better every day, and I found that I couldn't thank them all!
I will write a separate chapter to express my gratitude in the future, but not today. It is really too late. I am still catching up on the extra chapters in the evening. It is so hard!
Let's talk about updating. It's too hard. I write novels part-time, so I can only write at night after work. I run as soon as I get off work, racing against time, and finish two chapters every day at 12 o'clock. Even so, the boss has noticed it and asked me if my work is not full recently. It's hard!
So I would like to ask all my fellow book lovers to be a little more understanding.
Then came the classic thank-you segment, which was completely heartfelt and absolutely not fake!
Book friends are the most important. I cannot thank them enough. They are the foundation of this book and the key to its survival. But because everyone knows that book friends are so important, I have nothing to write about. Is this what it means to go without saying thank you for such a great favor?
Then I would like to thank my wife for her full support. Every night when I write on the sofa, she plays her own games next to me or watches TV series in a low voice. When she feels sleepy, she falls asleep on the sofa first. Sometimes she even gives me a massage. After I finish sending two chapters, after twelve o'clock, I ask her to go back to the room with me. Her company is my greatest motivation to keep writing!
Secondly, I want to thank my editor Bacon. I may not be a perfect person, but if I become one, she must be my mentor! She signed the contract for both books before I had written much. This is why I dared to write and start the second book. She let me know that someone recognized my writing!
Finally, I would like to thank the operation team. When they left a message in the comment area saying that they wanted to be an operator, I didn't even know what an operation was before that. Can a novel be operated? It was not until I saw their subsequent series of operations that I was amazed at how professional they were. They saved me a lot of trouble and gave me a lot of guidance. I won't name them one by one here. You can see them by clicking on the book friend circle.
I have almost finished expressing my gratitude. I just realized that the "acknowledgement" is much easier to write than the main text. It feels like it will be over 2,000 words soon. It would be great if I could express myself freely in the main text. Haha.
Okay, I’ll stop here with my thank you remarks. I don’t dare to elaborate any further. Now I have to hurry up and write the main text which is giving me a headache!
Finally, the book is about to be put on the shelves. If you think it’s ok, I sincerely ask you to subscribe to support it so that this book can go further. Thank you!
