In his mind, a series of methods created by King Wan Nie emerged one by one, providing Gu Wudi with a specific direction for practice.
He took out one herb after another from the storage magic instrument and swallowed them all into his mouth. They transformed into wisps of divine light, sinking into the blood and flesh cells.
This is a necessary preparation before becoming a seed. To start this path of cultivation, you need a huge amount of energy, the more the better. Therefore, you must take enough medicine and accumulate enough to be prepared.
When the energy stored in the endless flesh and blood particles in his body reached saturation, Gu Wudi stopped.
At this moment, his whole body exuded a crystal luster, and every breath he exhaled was filled with rich essence.
When you reach this level, you can begin to practice using your body as a seed.
However, special environment and terrain are also required.
This was not something Gu Wudi could do. Before long, changes began to appear on the altar under his feet.
With the place where he was sitting cross-legged as the central axis, the energy of the moon and the sun gushed out on both sides, quickly filling the entire altar space.
"Boom!"
The moon and the sun collide, crush each other, and transform into each other, creating a chaotic environment near the central axis curve.
Soon, Gu Wudi was enveloped by the chaotic energy.
I wish all my book lovers a happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
Then I am even more of a waste.

I am going to visit my relatives in Hotan today, so I don’t have time to write. I’m taking a day off.
Chapter 101 Seeking the inner truth
At this time, an ancient spell was chanted from the mouth of Gu Wudi, muttering softly. Every time a word was uttered, an ancient character of the Tao would be formed in the void, cold and shiny, as if it was cast from metal.
One ancient character after another appeared out of thin air, surrounding Gu Wudi's body and forming a special formation.
Afterwards, a tremendous suction force emanated from this formation, and the chaotic energy that filled the central axis curve of the altar space immediately found an outlet and rushed into the interior of the ancient character formation.
Under the guidance of the formation, the chaotic energy came into Gu Wudi's body, flowed through the blood vessels, seeped into the flesh and blood particles, and spiritual particles, and spread to every corner.
At the beginning, the heavy and misty chaotic energy caused great damage to his flesh and blood particles and spiritual particles. Many particles could not withstand the terrible pressure and exploded on the spot.
From the outside, his entire body was red, which was a sign of internal bleeding, but it was soon submerged by the chaotic energy and nothing could be seen clearly.
During this process, Gu Wudi endured tremendous pain, but this pain was nothing to him as he had long been accustomed to it.
At this moment, all the particles in his body became separate individuals, like grains of sand, rubbing and tumbling in the long river of chaotic gas. Some of them were crushed and annihilated directly, while others were on the verge of exploding. However, after continuous sharpening, these particles became stronger and more tenacious, and gradually adapted to the chaotic environment.
New particles are constantly produced to fill the vacancies created by the particles that were crushed on the spot.
As time went by, Gu Wudi's body gradually stabilized and adapted to the current environment.
However, soon, the formation around him changed, and the chaotic energy he absorbed was a whole level stronger than before.
It was as if the holes in the sieve became larger, allowing more powerful chaotic energy to enter.
The influx of this batch of chaotic energy instantly caused a huge impact on the particles in Gu Wudi's body. Many particles that had experienced a round of grinding were broken into pieces, cracks appeared, and fell. However, a considerable number of them survived and became stronger.
A more brutal round of ordeal arrived. Gu Wudi said nothing and silently endured the inhuman pain.
It was unknown how much time had passed before his body calmed down again and adapted to the second round of chaotic energy training.
Particles of matter rolled in the long river of chaotic energy. Each one was crystal clear and full, solid and immortal, and was not afraid of being crushed by the chaotic energy.
At this moment, Gu Wudi's body possessed extraordinary power. Even without any Taoist skills, he was unimaginably powerful.
Moreover, when the body turned into particles and became separate individuals, his control over the body became even deeper, far beyond the past. This was a new and very magical experience.
As he looked at himself and tried to move these particles, the third round of Chaos Energy sharpening began silently.
The huge pain made Gu Wudi couldn't help but let out a muffled groan. He quickly withdrew his mind and immersed himself in cultivation.
Not long after, the third round of grinding ended and the fourth round began... The pain seemed endless and there was no end.
Later on, Gu Wudi's consciousness became a little fuzzy, and his perception became numb, as if he was walking through an endless hell.
Even so, deep in his heart he still had an obsession to use his body as a seed, open up a new path, and become invincible in the world.
Finally, the friction sound caused by the collision between the particles and the chaotic energy came to an abrupt end, and Gu Wudi's body stopped shaking and completely stabilized.
He slowly opened his eyes, with endless fatigue and indifference in his eyes.
Anyone who experiences such endless pain will become numb and indifferent.
The altar was still there, but it no longer gushed out the energy of the moon and the sun, and the chaotic energy that helped him to sharpen his body was also gone, as if everything that had happened before was just an illusion.
However, the changes in Gu Wudi explained everything.
At this time, he had no Taoist skills and was strictly speaking a mortal. However, his body was extremely sacred and solemn, emitting bright light all the time. Even his hair was crystal clear and contained unimaginable energy.
As Gu Wudi breathed, the particles in his body began to move with the rhythm, and he could release tremendous divine power when he raised his hands and feet. He was much stronger than when he was in the Great Perfection of the Rooting Realm. He was so powerful before he even embarked on the path of cultivation. It was hard to imagine how powerful he would be after he truly became a seed.
Looking inward at himself, even a man as shrewd and knowledgeable as Gu Wudi could not help but be shocked and could not help shaking his head in amazement.
This body is simply the most exquisite work of art. The flesh and blood particles and spiritual particles are clearly distinguishable, like bright stars. Each one contains huge potential, waiting for him to develop and explore.
The reason why he was able to reach such a level was that the tempering of the chaotic energy played an incomparable role, and Gu Wudi experienced more than one round, perhaps nine rounds, or even ten rounds. In short, he tempered the particles in his body to the extreme.
Until finally, he reached his limit and the altar thought that his conditions met the requirements to be a seed, so it stopped.
From this point we can see how difficult it is to be a seed. One needs a very strong body to withstand the impact of the supreme law.
Gu Wudi was familiar with this extremely powerful body. As soon as he thought about it, the particles that made up the heart began to vibrate slightly. There was a loud "bang" and the entire void was shaking. If there were any living beings near him, they would inevitably suffer a huge impact. The mildest would suffer severe heart pain, and the worst would suffer bleeding from all seven orifices.
When the flesh and blood particles that make up his limbs vibrated at a strange frequency, he possessed heaven and earth-shaking divine power, and the world was turned upside down with a wave of his hand.
Gu Wudi had a feeling that this was a body born for battle, it was too perfect, all particles obeyed his orders, as if they were his arms and fingers, each one could provide enormous potential, vibrate at different frequencies, and obtain different effects, which were ever-changing and impeccable.
After a long time, he completely adapted to his own body and decided to take the crucial step of using his body as a seed.
"Using one's body as a seed..."
Gu Wudi muttered to himself, thinking a lot. In the original work, when Shi Hao was a seed, he encountered unprecedented punishment from heaven and earth. This road is a taboo, and once touched, it is difficult to survive.
Shi Hao relied on entering a fairy egg that was nurturing the Holy Spirit, bearing the cause and effect for the Holy Spirit, and responding to the disasters on its behalf, to come to the place where the Holy Spirit was sitting, thereby gaining the affinity of the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, avoiding a large number of disasters and punishments, and finally, deceiving the heavens with seed and concealing the truth, and successfully using himself as a seed.
Now, he has no such fairy egg to help him, but only an altar left by the King of All Sins.
Gu Wudi considered whether he should stop now and look for his father Wang Gen and ask him to help him use his body as a seed. However, thinking carefully, Wang Gen should be in an extremely dangerous situation at the moment, and he might not be able to do so even if he wanted to. On the other hand, King Wan Nie was a master who used his body as a seed. Although he did not succeed, he had great attainments in this area.
This altar is the most precious treasure he left for future generations. There is no reason for Gu Wudi to abandon the altar.
He took a deep breath, adjusted the blood and flesh particles in his body, and prepared to begin this groundbreaking attempt.
Shi Hao used his body as a seed in the ruined Nine Heavens and Ten Earths. The oppression given by the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth was not that terrifying. The primitive ancient world where Gu Wudi was located was a complete world. The power of heaven and earth was much more terrifying, and the punishment he would encounter was even more terrifying.
However, once the mission is accomplished, the fruits of the Tao obtained will be astonishing, enough to astonish this era.
Since Gu Wudi had a very deep understanding of the Great Dao, and in his mind not only were there the various ideas about using the body as a seed left by King Wan Nie, but also the process and experience of Shi Hao's success in using his body as a seed, he could avoid many detours.
However, before that, we must understand clearly what the Tao is.
What is Tao?
The ancients said: The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal name.
Nothing can be grasped, everything belongs to nature. It is useless to take it by force, just do nothing and you will be at peace.
However, cultivators have to go against the will of heaven and practice Taoism. In fact, the so-called practicing Taoism, realizing Taoism, mastering the principles of Taoism, and conforming to Taoism are all specific small rules, and are not the ultimate mystery of the Tao at all.
What the cultivators have intercepted is only the tip of the iceberg of the true great way. Perhaps they have obtained a fragment, or have understood a certain part. If they really understood everything, they would have transcended it long ago.
All cultivators with powerful cultivation bases know that the Great Dao is invisible, has no fixed pattern, is unpredictable, and is the only thing that is supreme.
However, throughout the long years from ancient times to the present, when a monk was seeking enlightenment, he would occasionally grab a piece of the Tao and think that he had realized some great truth or understood some principle.
Because of this, there are the so-called Three Thousand Great Ways and Ten Thousand Great Ways.
In fact, this is only a part of the tangible Tao. The entire tangible Tao refers to the myriad Taos in the heavens, meaning the endless Taos scattered among the heavens. They are countless, and there is no exact number of ten thousand, just like the "ten thousand" in the three lives and all things.
In addition to the tangible way, there is also the more majestic and vast intangible way, which is broader than the tangible way, but difficult for practitioners to obtain and understand.
The two combined together form the "Tao", which fills the space between heaven and earth, is everywhere, yet difficult to find.
In order to pursue the only supreme Tao, the cultivators in the world choose to piece together the known Taos, hoping to express the great trend and display the power of the Tao. However, in the end, they find that all their actions are decadent and pale, and what they show is still only a part of the Tao.
It is different when taking the body as a seed. The inner path one seeks is a complete path. Both the invisible and visible paths are included in it. Therefore, this is a truly supreme path leading to the highest.
"The Tao is formless and has no fixed form. All things in the world, including grass and trees, are all under the cover of the Tao. At the same time, all things are born from heaven, and each speck of dust is a world. There is a saying among the ancient monks that a grain of sand is a world, and a leaf is a Bodhi. It means that all forms in this world can be regarded as an independent universe.
The inner way that Shi Hao practices is to regard the human body as the universe, and the spirit, blood, and inner being as the inner way. The inner way I want to practice is to regard every particle of flesh and blood and spirit as the universe, and define the world inside the particle as the only unique way, so that one grain of sand is one world, and one dust is one universe. "Gu Wudi said to himself, and understood everything.
Afterwards, he began to practice using his body as a seed.
For cultivators, seeking the inner path and guiding all the ways of the heavens into the body is an indispensable process, because only in this way can the two be verified and the invisible and traceless inner path be found. Otherwise, cultivators will not be able to practice or seek at all.
Therefore, the altar glowed, emitting one divine chain of order after another, weaving a tangible way in the void, and emitting an invisible trend, constructing an invisible way, combining the two into one, and establishing the Great Dao field. Although this is not the entirety of the only Great Dao, it is the complete understanding of an Immortal King, and is already quite complete.
Gu Wudi, who was sitting cross-legged in the Dao field, did not hesitate to draw the divine chain of order and the rules of the Dao in the field into his body, turning it into a rolling river, rushing through his body.
All the flesh and blood particles, spiritual particles, etc. are dust and stones at the bottom of the river. They absorb the great way of heaven and earth, evolve their forms, and observe how all the rules are endlessly extended and intertwined.
This process was extremely dangerous. It triggered a catastrophe from the very beginning. The entire altar was shaking and under tremendous impact.
It was equally dangerous to observe from the inside. Even though the flesh and blood particles and spirit particles had gone through round after round of grinding, they were still crushed by the rules of the Dao. Fortunately, Gu Wudi swallowed the elixir in advance and kept it hidden in order to deal with such a critical moment.
The broken particles are restored to their original full state. Compared with the original state, they appear more mysterious, ancient and profound. Because after being broken, the inner Tao hidden inside the human body and the rules of the Tao in the outside world resonate and resonate, causing the particles to tremble and the inner Tao gradually emerge.
Just getting a glimpse of the trick, before Gu Wudi could be happy, countless golden hammers flew in from the void and hit his body with precision, making him spit out blood, his soul dim, and he was almost smashed to death.
He knew that this was a warning from heaven and earth, and even the altar built by the Immortal King could not stop it. It penetrated through layers of obstacles and came to kill.
If you go one step further, the punishment you will receive will be even more terrifying, and you may even lose your life.
But Gu Wudi could not retreat. To him, his body was a seed. If he succeeded, he would live; if he failed, he would die. There was no third result. He had already put life and death aside.
Therefore, he ignored the warnings from the heaven and earth, and led the laws of the heavens to circle around his body. He observed the smallest factors that made up the divine chain of order, explored how the Tao was composed, and tried to figure out the magnificent Great Way. From the microscopic to the macroscopic, he gained a comprehensive understanding and in-depth analysis.
Following his series of actions, all the laws between heaven and earth hung down and turned into chains, entwining around his body and weaving into a large human-shaped net, covering it layer by layer until it formed a cocoon of Tao.
