Chapter 83 Drunk
Chapter 83 Drunk
When we came out of the bar, it was already early in the morning, but the streets of Itaewon were still bustling with people. For some people who like to seek excitement, this is the official beginning of the day.
An Rushong and Mike had both been drinking and were not fit to drive, so Song Ruya, the bar owner, arranged a designated driver for them.
Although he was drunk, An Rushong still insisted on sending Mike to the parking lot first. On the way there, Mike, who was obviously drunk, told An Rushong that he didn't like people like Wilder because these guys were American soldiers but were engaged in smuggling, which was ugly.
Although Mike's words were vague, An Rushong, as a reborn person, immediately understood what was going on.
In my previous life, around 23 years ago, a major scandal broke out among the US troops stationed in South Korea, which was that the US troops stationed in South Korea used the international military mail system to traffic drugs.
The so-called international military mail refers to mail that enters South Korea from the United States through military channels. According to regulations, even military mail needs to undergo X-ray inspection when entering South Korean customs. However, in actual practice, due to the special status enjoyed by the US military stationed in South Korea, this inspection is difficult to be truly implemented.
Even if an inspection is really carried out and problems are found, the Korean Customs can do nothing but watch because of the Status of Forces Agreement between the United States and South Korea.
It is precisely because of this that the phenomenon of smuggling using military mail will become more and more serious.
In An Rushong's previous life, this scandal was exposed in 2023, but this kind of thing did not happen in 2023. The reason why it was not exposed before was only because it was concealed by all parties.
Unexpectedly, Wilder was actually doing this kind of thing. No wonder he set up a bar in Itaewon - yes, An Rushong suspected that Stars & Stripes Bar was built by Wilder, and that Song Ruiya was probably his puppet.
What the hell, they said that because the woman was a surviving family member of an American soldier, they took special care of her. These people are really talking nonsense. Can Americans be so loyal? Wasn't it the Americans who emptied the stomachs of fallen soldiers and stuffed drugs in them for smuggling?
However, Mike's words did not make An Rusong feel any resentment towards Wilder and his people. Not to mention that he didn't know whether they smuggled drugs. Even if they did, what did it have to do with him? He just wanted to make friends, not to find a moral role model.
As compensation of 10 yuan, Song Ruya gave cash.
Originally, An Rushong did not intend to take the money, but Mike insisted that he accept it. In the end, after some polite refusing and concessions, An Rushong took 70,000. Of the remaining 30,000, 20,000 was given to Mike and 10,000 was given to lawyer Thomson.
An Rusong's approach not only satisfied Mike, but also left a good impression on attorney Thomson. When the latter left the bar, he left him a business card, saying that he could consult him if he had any legal problems in the future.
An Rushong's logic is very simple. In his eyes, human beings are social animals. No matter who you are, if you want to get along well in this society, you have to make more friends, whether they are true friends or drinking buddies.
Downstairs in the Songquandong mansion, An Rushong saw off the bar boy who drove him back home, and then he staggered into the unit door carrying the black plastic bag containing the money.
When I was at the bar, I just felt a little dizzy, not very drunk. But on the way back in the car, I seemed to be even drunker, and I felt unsteady when I walked.
I took the elevator upstairs and almost fell when I got out of the elevator. Fortunately, the corridor was not very wide and I held onto the wall in time. Otherwise, my already swollen cheek would have been hit again.
He walked to the door and changed his shoes. Just as An Rusong was about to find the key to open the door, the heavy security door was opened from the inside. Sun Manzhu, who was wearing a gauze pajamas, stood in the door and whispered, "Why did you drink so much? Good."
Before she could finish her words, she saw An Rushong's swollen cheeks, and his whole expression changed instantly.
"What happened to you?" Sun Manzhu hurriedly stepped forward to support him and asked anxiously, "Why is your face so badly injured? It doesn't look like you fell. Did you fight with someone?"
"It's okay, it's okay." Although he felt a little dizzy, An Rusong was still conscious. He just couldn't control his body. "I didn't fight with anyone. It was just a misunderstanding."
"That was still a fight," Sun Manzhu half hugged him in her arms, slightly looking up at the wound on his face, "It's all bruised. Did you hit him so hard because of a misunderstanding? Did you call the police? Let's..."
Listening to her chattering on and on, An Rushong felt inexplicably irritated. He looked at the other person's lips opening and closing quickly, and suddenly leaned over and blocked her small mouth with his own.
This time Sun Manzhu finally stopped nagging. She was worried that An Rushong would fall, so she didn't dare to struggle and just let him flirt with her.
Only until An Rushong moved his mouth away contentedly did she bite her lip and help him sit down on the sofa in the living room.
"Sit down first, I'll get you some hot water," Sun Manzhu helped him sit on the sofa, and turned around to go to the kitchen. But after taking two steps, she seemed to think of something, then turned back and went to Li Caicao's bedroom first.
A moment later, Li Caicao, wearing a purple short-sleeved pajamas, followed Sun Manzhu out of the bedroom. The latter walked quickly towards the kitchen and said, "You stay and watch him. Don't let him fall. I'll get some water for him to apply hot compress." Li Caicao was still asleep until she saw An Rushong's face was swollen on the sofa. She suddenly woke up, sat down beside him, supported him, and leaned over to look at the wound on his face.
After sitting on the sofa for only two or three minutes, An Rushong's consciousness became less clear. He felt someone sitting next to him, and he seemed to smell a familiar body fragrance in his nose.
Shaking his head, An Rusong turned his head and his eyes fell on Li Caicao's face. Seeing that bright little face, many women's shadows flashed through his mind in an instant, such as Sun Manzhu, Han Meiyan, etc., and at the last moment, Song Ruiya's face appeared in front of him.
For some reason, at this moment, An Rushong suddenly became interested. He struggled to sit up on the sofa, unbuckled his belt and took off his pants.
Li Caicao on the side was unable to hold him back and watched him strip herself naked. Just at this moment, Sun Manzhu came out of the kitchen with a basin of hot water. Li Caicao was completely stunned until An Rushong walked up to her and pushed her head down, then she remembered to struggle.
Have a good night's sleep.
When An Rushong opened his eyes again, he couldn't remember where he was.
In front of him was a dimly lit room. He lay there on his back, staring at the ceiling for a while, then he suddenly realized that this seemed to be Sun Manzhu's bedroom.
I subconsciously reached out to the side and, as expected, there was a woman lying next to me.
Turning over on the spot, An Rushong looked at the woman lying next to him and found that she had her back to him, with her smooth back exposed and perfect lines.
He lifted the towel covering the woman's body and looked at her lower body. Yes, she was completely naked. Although he had no recollection of what happened last night, he knew what had happened just by looking at the scene before his eyes.
Damn, what a loss!
This was Sun Manzhu's first time. He had done it to her without her even realizing it. Where was the pleasure? Where was the satisfaction? Where was the sense of accomplishment? Nothing at all!
The more he thought about it, the more he felt at a disadvantage. An Rushong couldn't help but raise his hand and slap himself in the face.
I am!
The slap hit the swollen area right on the spot, causing such a piercing pain that he couldn't help but wail.
"What's the matter?!"
His wailing woke up the still sleeping woman. She turned over and sat up in bed, turning her head to look at him - who else could it be but Sun Manzhu?
But what shocked An Rushong was that when Sun Manzhu stood up, there was a naked woman on her other side. In the dim light, her small face, the size of a palm, was still recognizable. Who else could it be but Li Caicao?
Is this what is happening?
An Rushong swallowed, not knowing how to deal with the situation.
"Did you touch the wound?" Sun Manzhu seemed to be fine. She turned around and came closer to look at An Rusong's wound and asked, "Why is it more swollen than last night?"
Li Caicao squirmed on the bed like a large silkworm pupa, and moved closer to her like Sun Manzhu did. She then came forward to take a look and muttered something in Vietnamese.
Sun Manzhu seemed to disagree with what she said, and scolded her twice, then said to An Rusong: "Does it still hurt so much?"
An Rushong's eyes were focused on her face and he shook his head woodenly.
"Then I'll give you another hot compress," Sun Manzhu thought for a moment and prepared to climb out of bed.
An Rushong hurriedly grabbed her arm, pulled her back, and threw her onto the bed. Then he turned over and pressed directly on her.
Sun Manzhu didn't struggle. She seemed to understand what An Rusong meant. She bit her lip and said, "Don't worry. I like my current life very much, so I don't want to ruin it. However, you can sleep with her, but you can't marry her. You can only marry me."
An Rushong would not object to anything she said now. Besides, he had never thought of marrying Li Caicao. Flower arrangement is flower arrangement. How can it be the same as planting trees?
