Zhong Ling was stunned and breathed a sigh of relief. A relieved smile appeared on her face. She thought that she had sent the wrong message, but she didn't know why. She always felt a little disappointed in her heart.

Just as he was about to reply "It's okay", his phone was snatched away.

"elder sister……"

She looked back behind her and saw her sister, who had looked gentle just now, showing a serious expression. One hand was still blowing her hair, and the other hand was typing text quickly.

"elder sister?"

"It's okay, that guy was just teasing you."

Zhong Yin looked at the phone and said softly, "I'll tell him."

Her tone was gentle, but the message she sent was full of coldness.

"What do you mean? Are you kidding me?"

Han Zhou on the other side was stunned and asked uncertainly: "Sister Yin?"

This was obviously not Zhong Ling's tone of voice.

"It's me, tell me, what do you mean, do you think Xiaoling is easy to bully?"

Zhong Yin was not polite and did not intend to change his attitude towards Han Zhou. He asked, "Do you know that she was ready to agree to your invitation just now, and you told her that you sent the wrong message at this time?"

"But I really made a mistake..."

"I don't care if you sent it by mistake. Since you have already extended the invitation, you must take time to accompany Xiaoling to the zoo."

Seeing Zhong Yin's unreasonable attitude, Han Zhou frowned slightly and was about to refuse directly when he saw another message from the other party.

"Just think of me as begging you."

Han Zhou was stunned for a moment.

Even through the screen, he could still imagine Zhong Yin's silent and unwilling expression at this moment.

"Why?" he asked.

Zhong Yin didn't answer but asked: "Have you ever heard Xiaoling say anything about our parents?"

"I probably know a little bit."

"Our family has been to the zoo once before, and we originally wanted to take a family photo there, but it suddenly rained heavily that day and the zoo was closed, so we had to go back home."

After a moment of silence, Zhong Yin continued to reply, "My parents passed away a few days after that."

Although they were just a few understatements, Han Zhou could still feel the heaviness in these words.

"I understand what you mean." He said, "But Sister Yin, believe me, I really sent the wrong message..."

Zhong Yin said to herself: "Xiao Ling likes kangaroos. She has been clamoring to see them since she was in junior high school."

"She also likes ostriches and says they look funny when they bury their heads in the sand."

"There is also a hippopotamus. She said there is no reference on TV, so she can't determine how big the hippopotamus' mouth can be."

"And sheep..."

"I know, I know, why don't I go?" Han Zhou interrupted Zhong Yin's "thoughts" and said helplessly, "But I'm only free on Saturday this weekend."

He really didn't expect that Sister Yin would also be stalking... He had a headache.

"Saturday then."

This was what Zhong Yin was waiting for. As if he was afraid that he would regret it, he immediately said decisively, "I will let Xiaoling prepare in advance, and I will pay all the expenses for the day."

"Okay, but you don't have to pay the fee."

"No, I'll do it."

"It's up to you." Han Zhou felt helpless.

"By the way, there's one more thing."

"Say it, but I may not agree."

"Thank you."

Han Zhou was stunned for a moment, then smiled and said half-jokingly: "You're welcome, you have to pay for things. I'm still looking forward to the free one-day trip."

Zhong Yin hesitated for a moment. He originally wanted to respond with a joke, but after thinking for a long time, he couldn't think of it, so he had to say: "I hope you can take good care of Xiaoling."

"No problem, but Sister Yin, you know your senior's preferences so well, have you ever thought about which animal you like best?"

Seeing the last message from Han Zhou, Zhong Yin was lost for a moment, then shook his head, with an imperceptible smile appearing on the corner of his mouth.

"You brat, you taught me a lesson."

She deleted most of the chat history just now, except for the record where Han Zhou agreed to go to the zoo with Zhong Ling, and then handed the phone to Zhong Ling who looked anxious.

"Look, then... Han Zhou is indeed teasing you. He hopes you can go to the zoo with him this Saturday."

Zhong Ling obviously didn't believe it, and even roughly guessed what her sister had done, but she didn't dare to show her doubts, lest she make her sister unhappy.

"I know." She nodded hesitantly.

After her sister dried her hair and walked into the bathroom, she heard the sound of water running in the bathroom. Then she picked up her phone and hesitantly sent a message to Han Zhou.

"Junior, I'm sorry. If my sister just said something to you, please don't mind it, and don't take her words seriously. You can just be busy with your own business. Don't worry about me. I hope you have a good time on the weekend..."

Seeing that her junior didn't reply for a long time, she couldn't help but feel a little uneasy. Just as she was hesitating whether to add another "I'm sorry", a new message popped up on the chat page.

"Senior, you are so gentle."

This was Han Zhou's heartfelt emotion. If he had complained about Zhong Yin's persecution before, Zhong Ling's words completely made him unable to lose his temper.

Girls like this should be seen and heard by more people.

It was precisely because he suddenly thought of this that he agreed to Zhong Yin's request so easily.

As one of the unlockable characters, Han Zhou had been hesitating before whether to complete the side mission about Zhong Ling. After all, he was not sure whether it would cause the other party to fall in love with him and turn his love life into a complete mess. .

But if you think about it carefully, there is actually no necessary connection between whether you complete the side mission and whether Zhong Ling will like you. It is unnecessary to hesitate because of this concern.

The most important point is that he and Zhong Ling are already very good friends. Even from the perspective of friends, he should do his best to help the other person resolve the knot.

"I don't dare to help my friend because I'm afraid she will fall in love with me"——

I have to say, this does sound too pretentious. If it were posted on the Internet, there is a high probability that it would be labeled as a "narcissistic man"...

Han Zhou laughed at himself and told Zhong Ling with a positive reply that he would see her this Saturday. Then he temporarily put the matter behind him and planned to solve another problem first.

Turning his head, Xiao Xiaoxiao next to him had a face as dark as water, his two little fists were clenched tightly together, and he wanted to crush the bright flashlight in his hands, and he was gnashing his teeth and glaring at himself.

"You said you were working on my affairs, but in the end you were discussing with people when to go to the zoo? Are you trying to catch me in the zoo!"

Xiao Xiaoxiao couldn't bear it anymore. It was obviously time for everyone to search for traces of ghosts in groups, but instead of being serious, this guy kept staring at his phone and sending messages to others.

She could bear it just like this, but this guy actually got worse and discussed with another person when to go to the zoo. He chatted with two people at the same time without even looking at her. He still had the nerve to say yes. Who can bear to work hard for her?

Han Zhou also knew that he had ignored Xiao Xiaoxiao too much, and felt a little embarrassed, but when he saw the other person leaning on his toes and glaring at the screen of his mobile phone, he couldn't help but smile. Although he quickly stopped smiling, he was still The sharp-eyed Xiao Xiaoxiao caught it.

"You still have the nerve to laugh?"

She was furious and immediately kicked the bitch.

Han Zhou allowed her to vent her anger, patting his trouser legs and comforting her: "Believe me, what I am doing is indeed related to you, and I promise that I will never use my phone again."

He had already communicated with Noila Mo, and the other party said that he would pay close attention to the next live broadcast to see if he could find some useful clues.

"That's pretty much it." Xiao Xiaoxiao snorted angrily, "Let's go, there's nothing around here, I guess we have to go to the third floor."

As she said, there was nothing worth paying attention to on the second floor. Everyone who had found nothing quickly gathered at the stairs. Their mood could be described as both disappointed and lucky.

"Let's go to the third floor."

Zhang Tao, who entered the live broadcast mode, was obviously much more serious than usual. He didn't intend to waste time, so he went straight upstairs after finishing his words.

Everyone followed one after another. Perhaps because it was too calm on the second floor, everyone looked more relaxed. Seeing that the audience in the live broadcast room was discussing the truth about the failure of the flashlight on the first floor from a scientific perspective, they were also very interested. Joined in.

However, while everyone was interacting with the barrage, something unexpected happened to everyone——

A burst of unusually heavy footsteps suddenly sounded from the third floor overhead.

Clearly audible.

307. I just found out there is a leader

Now I find out there is a leader...

I didn't update much last month, and I seldom go to Qidian to check on the status of my books. I just clicked in to take a look at the fan list and found that a leader had been added without me noticing. I was so excited that I almost jumped up.

Normally, the reward reminder can be seen in the background, so I wouldn’t miss so many zeros, but I really don’t have any impression...

But anyway, this is the first letter I have received since I started writing the book, so I immediately wrote a chapter to thank you.

Thanks to Ten_yn for being the leader. You are awesome! You are awesome! You are generous!

I would also like to thank other readers for their continued subscriptions, rewards and monthly ticket support. There are many readers whose IDs I am familiar with, such as Casmuth, Compose Death Song, De Luo Xinyu, and Xian Moqi who has been here for a long time. I will not list the rest one by one, but I would like to thank them all here.

I looked back and saw that the remarks on the release of the book said that the leader would add ten chapters... Actually, I never thought that there would be a leader at the beginning, I just said it casually. But now that there is an alliance leader, I will do my best to fulfill my promise of adding more chapters. I have to get up early tomorrow to go to Guizhou, and I may need to clean the new residence the day after tomorrow, so I will start adding more chapters from Sunday, two chapters a day, until ten chapters are reached.

This book already has 1.1 million words, and including the various scrapped manuscripts in the background, there are nearly 1.3 million words. To be honest, it is actually a bit difficult for me to write the rest.

The main reason is that as the characters' personalities gradually become more complete, their images have been basically determined, and I will always subconsciously worry that a certain word or action will cause the character's image to collapse, so I will be more cautious every time I start writing.

This concern appeared when the book was hundreds of thousands of words long, and it became more and more serious as the book went on. After all, you can add settings from time to time in the beginning, but you can't just add content at will in the end.

I don't know if other authors have similar concerns, but I do have this kind of pressure. I'm afraid that one day I won't write a character like myself. If I do that, I'll feel pity and regret without having to wait for readers to scold me.

The same goes for the plot. A plot that I thought was quite interesting at the beginning, often becomes uninteresting after I finish writing it, or even gets bored. I wonder what the hell I've written, and I wish I could delete it all and rewrite it.

But it really makes me think about how to rewrite it, and I can't think of any new ideas for a long time. This feeling is very painful. I always feel that I can write better and more interestingly, but when I really start writing, I can only write at this level. I also know that this is probably because my level is not enough, but I still can't accept it, so I always like to adjust it after writing, so as to be closer to my expectations.

Ultimately, I just want to write this book better.

The subsequent story will still progress in multiple lines, or the emotional lines of multiple female characters will be pushed forward together. It will not use a lot of space to write about the individual interactions with a character like in the early stage. In order to speed up the process, the protagonist's career line will be basically omitted later. I didn't intend to write about it in depth at the beginning. Everyone knows that he is making money.

Please ignore some minor flaws. After all, we need to speed up the progress and cannot write everything in detail. For example, Han Zhou's slight changes in personality, I think such changes are normal. Another example is that there are too many coincidences. How could he send the wrong message? There is no coincidence in the world.

In addition, I suddenly realized one thing, that is, you probably won’t like me to always spend a lot of space writing about a person’s mental journey, so some of the behavioral and attitude changes when the characters interact later may not be explained, or they may not be explained in such detail. Please figure it out on your own.

Maybe it's because I feel that Qidian has been quite aggressive in recent years, so I was always worried that everyone would criticize me for "Why does she have to do this or that?" or "This person must be XX." Therefore, except for Mo Yixia, I wrote the motives of many actions and changes in mentality of other characters in great detail. Now I think that I obviously underestimated everyone's wisdom. Leaving appropriate blank spaces may be better for the characters, and I can write faster.
