Chapter 114 Two Professors and One Exchange Student
On the Thestral carriage, the vehicle headed for Hogwarts with some bumps.
Daphne squeezed over immediately after seeing John, and the embarrassment of last semester finally disappeared.
Malfoy took his two little brothers with him, this time he tore the Weasley twins off, and sat in the Thestral carriage with a look on his face.
The proud look made the twins itch their teeth.
When they arrived at Hogwarts, several people got out of the car.
John saw that the Thestrals pulling the cart were a little tired, and guessed that the weight of Goyle and Crabbe made it tired.
"You fainted, Potter? Was it true what Longbottom said? Did you faint?"
Turning his head, John saw Malfoy continue to fall in love with Harry.
This is Malfoy's daily routine.
Falling in love with Potter, exchanging curses with Weasley, and bullying Gryffindor.
From John's point of view, Malfoy was just about everything Harry hated.
It was hard enough for Harry to pass out in the car, but it was even worse now that Malfoy knew about it.
But the most uncomfortable thing was that Professor McGonagall called him away as soon as he entered.
Now everyone knows that he passed out on the train.
Harry and Hermione were called away.
John was sitting in the auditorium when he noticed a mysterious figure leaning against the shadows on one side.
"Huh? And the new professor?"
Dazed for a moment, John looked up at the professor's seat, and the tall figure caught the most attention.
Professor Kettleburn, who protects Magizoology, retired because he wanted to leave Hogwarts alive.
Hagrid was the one to take the place.
This incident was not news to John, but it was another professor who surprised him.
Remus Lupine was not in shabby at least because John had sent a set of clothes to each of the security team.
His hair was gray and his wrinkles were obvious. Although Lupine had changed his clothes, he could still see that his life was not very good.
What makes John even more strange is that the dean of his family looks like he has a deep hatred no matter how you look at it.
"They knew each other before?"
Touching his somewhat hungry stomach, after John used the Patronus Charm, his physical strength was greatly exhausted.
After all, his happy memories are all eating, which is equivalent to opening a live broadcast for himself to relive the delicacies he ate.
Professor McGonagall is temporarily absent, and the branching is conducted by Professor Flitwick.
It's just that he is not tall enough, and he needs to step on a stool.
When the last student was assigned to Hufflepuff, John thought it was over, but Professor Flitwick called out another name.
"Heinrich Edgar."
Everyone looked around, only to see the person in the shadows come out.
Judging from his height and face, he is obviously not a first-year student.
This made the students chatter, and Dumbledore explained: "Heinrich Edgar is an exchange student from Durmstrang, and he will spend this year at Hogwarts."
Durmstrang?
As soon as they heard about this school, the students talked louder.
After all, it is a famous magic school, and there are black magic taught in the school.
Some timid students were intimidated by Heinrich's pale face.
The sorting hat was put on, and it took almost a second for the sorting hat to call out Slytherin.
John was a little dazed, he thought of the letter Heinrich sent to himself, did that mean it?
Malfoy waved his hand excitedly, John noticed that this scene was a little weird, and asked, "You know him?"
"Of course, Edgar is a friend of Malfoy's."
Heinrich was two years older than Malfoy, having been assigned fifth year in Slytherin.
"Step aside."
Thinking that he would have an extra helper, Malfoy immediately got up to greet Heinrich when he saw Heinrich approaching.
Heinrich frowned, and directly ordered Malfoy to get out of the way.
Immediately afterwards, he came to John and sat in Malfoy's original position.
His skin is very white, as white as a vampire who hasn't seen the sun all year round.
The two met again, and Heinrich said: "I said we would see each other again."
"I didn't expect you to be an exchange student."
John smiled wryly, stretched out his hand, and said, "Although I've seen it before, I still want to say, welcome."
"Edgar follows the strong, and I will follow you." Heinrich Edgar said bluntly.
The Edgars follow the strong, they are their deputies, the arms of those in power.
John smiled slightly and said, "Then you need to be able to keep up with me."
Heinrich laughed too.
Only Malfoy cried.
What about the good friends, but as soon as you came, you snatched my position, and even my people.
Really, really... Forget it, I can't beat it.
Malfoy pushed Goyle to the other side with a sullen face, and sat in his seat.
When Harry and the others came back, it was time for Dumbledore to introduce Heinrich Edgar.
Ron bet and said, "I bet a Sickle, that man is definitely a vampire."
Harry also looked in the direction of Slytherin. He didn't expect an exchange student to come over. This was the first time he heard of Durmstrang School.
Ron explained to him that it was a school that taught black magic, which made Harry instantly think that the other party was a dark wizard.
Dumbledore introduces two new professors, Remus Lupine and Rubeus Hagrid.
Seeing that Hagrid became a professor, the three of Harry's jaws dropped in shock.
Also, who else but Hagrid would choose a book that bites.
"Our school is currently welcoming several dementors from Azkaban. They are sent by the Ministry of Magic to perform official duties. I think you all know it because they searched the Hogwarts Express train."
Having said that, Dumbledore paused, and his eyes shifted to John who was still complaining about the lack of food.
"However, I need to remind you here, don't attack the dementors casually, because they are very dangerous."
"They are stationed at every entrance to the school. No one can leave the school without authorization. No tricks, tricks or disguises can fool the dementors, including the invisibility cloak."
The latter sentence was almost said to Harry by name, and Dumbledore also reminded that the dementors would not pay attention to other people's begging for mercy and excuses, so don't try to die.
After finishing the speech, it finally came to the part that John liked.
Large pieces of food emerged from the golden plate, and John put a sausage in his mouth with a fork.
He ate very fast, and Heinrich felt that if he wanted to follow John, he must not lose, so he put down his aristocratic airs and ate like chasing John.
After just eating for a while, Heinrich felt very full.
And John was still eating with big mouthfuls, as if the food didn't fall into his stomach but fell to the floor.
Finally, this Durmstrang exchange student was sent to the school hospital on the first day because he ate too much.
It makes one wonder just how bad Durmstrang's food really is.
The sound of the collision of knives and forks gradually decreased. John ate the last piece of chicken thigh and took out a towel to wipe his mouth.
Everyone else had leftovers, but John had nothing left.
There are little stars in Daphne's eyes, and John is so handsome even when he cooks.
John thought about it, and went over to congratulate Hagrid.
The three little ones were here too, and Hagrid gave John an excited hug.
"Thanks to John for his many comments on my courses."
"John, you already knew, why didn't you tell us?"
Ron complained a little, but John knew about it a long time ago, no wonder he was not surprised to see those books.
John shrugged and said lightly, "I want to surprise you guys."
"Okay." Ron reluctantly accepted the statement, but what about his bitten pants.
This is the end of today's day, and John returned to the dormitory.
Basil and Tom had been brought up and John stayed for a while and went straight to the night tour on the first day.
He didn't forget what he cared about the most, and left the dormitory for the Room of Requirement.
Entering the Gryffindor Chamber of Secrets, John searched for research on souls.
Perhaps because Gryffindor doesn't like this aspect very much, there are not many records in Gryffindor's Chamber of Secrets.
He had to go to the Forbidden Forest and enter the Slytherin Chamber of Secrets, which contained a large number of research manuscripts.
Among them are Horcruxes, but judging from the traces of the ravages on them, it seems that Slytherin is very dissatisfied with Horcruxes.
