Chapter 133 I’ll take you home

To be admitted to the key classes, one must rely on one's strength. Very few students will cheat. Everyone is busy answering the test papers, so it will be easier for the teacher to supervise.

Luo Yue is a celebrity in school, both in terms of studies and the recent incidents.

The invigilator stood by and was amazed at the speed at which she answered the questions. Sometimes he had to think about what the correct answer was before Luo Yue had already written it down. She was actually better than him, the teacher!

The teacher became more and more depressed as he watched, and was severely hit by one student.

He turned around and walked to another student. Seeing that he answered the questions at a normal speed and only occasionally got a few questions wrong, he nodded in satisfaction. This was a normal student. What kind of monster was Luo Yue?

Sometimes she would have chosen the correct answer before he had even read the question. No wonder the principal paid so much attention to her and her teachers praised her highly.

It's not like he hasn't seen geniuses before, but most of them have subjects they hate, or even have serious subject biases. However, Luo Yue excels in every subject, far ahead of the second place, which is rare.

Even though she was the first one to finish the test paper, Luo Yue was not the first to hand it in. Instead, she carefully checked it from the first question.

When she encounters questions that she always gets wrong, she will proofread them again and again and finally settle on an answer with a higher chance of being correct.

After other students had handed in most of their test papers, she finally finished checking them and then went up to the podium to hand in her test paper.

When the invigilator was collecting the papers, he put her test paper aside separately.

Wait until other students have handed in their test papers, and put hers on the top. This way, the teacher will mark Luo Yue's test paper first, using her test paper as a sample before marking other students'.

After class, some students rushed to the toilet, while others left their seats and ran to Luo Yue's seat to ask which question on the test paper had the correct answer.

Some students found that their choices were the same as Luo Yue’s and cheered happily.

Some students found that their choices were different from Luo Yue’s. They sighed and slapped their hands, hating themselves for choosing the wrong answer and losing points.

Soon the bell rang and the students returned to their seats, nervously preparing for the second exam.

After a whole day of exams, students are more tired than attending classes on normal days. They are visibly listless, but they still have to force themselves to review the content of the next day's exam.

While most of the students were cramming for the exams, Luo Yue still went to bed early. Lying in the warm bed, she had a nagging nightmare.

The exam lasted for three days in a row. The third day was marked by a holiday at noon. The students cheered as if they were injected with chicken blood, and returned to the dormitory in groups to pick up their luggage and go home.

"Luo Yue, I'm leaving first." Fu Qin packed up her things, picked up her backpack, said hello to Luo Yue, and left first.

Luo Yue was dragging her suitcase outside and just as she walked out of the dormitory, she ran into the principal.

"Come on, I'll take you home." The principal stated his purpose straight away.

Luo Yue politely declined, "Principal, thank you for your kindness. I will take the bus back by myself."

The principal took the suitcase from her hand and walked in front. Luo Yue had no choice but to follow him.

After leaving the school gate, a black car stopped on the side of the road and the principal took Luo Yue into the car.

The principal drove the car himself and let Luo Yue sit in the passenger seat.

"I'd rather sit in the back." Luo Yue got into the back seat and sat down.

The principal fastened his seat belt and looked back at her, asking in confusion: "There's no one sitting in the passenger seat, why are you sitting in the back?"

“It’s safer in the back.”

"Oh?" The principal looked at her with interest. "Tell me, why is it safer in the back?"

Luo Yue answered seriously: "Once a car accident happens, the driver will instinctively turn the steering wheel to his side and send the front passenger forward, so the death rate is the highest for those sitting in the front passenger seat."

The principal smiled when she heard this and said, "You have a good sense of safety." A child who cherishes his life so much should not choose to commit suicide. She always felt that Luo Yue was full of contradictions and was unpredictable.

The road back to the village is still bumpy and uneven, with no changes.
