The gearbox connecting shaft needs to be removed, the cooling circuit needs to be redesigned to control the water temperature and improve thermal efficiency, as well as noise control and lightweight transformation...
The 70% optimization mentioned by Hu Zhengnan is not an empty talk. If we pursue higher thermal efficiency with unremitting efforts, we may have to redesign hardware such as cylinder compression ratio and valve timing. I am afraid that we need to systematically optimize 80% of the core indicators and approach the development of a completely new range-extender.
