Chapter 468 Miserable Birthday
Katie Bell is back on the Gryffindor Quidditch team after an injury that kept her out of practice.
This also means that Ron will be replaced.
Ron was a little disappointed when he heard the news.
Ron said, "It's my birthday."
I was looking forward to a full birthday, but in exchange for a not so good news.
Harry comforted him, "It's okay Ron, we can go to Hogsmeade for our birthday."
"Unfortunately," Seamus shook his head and said, "Hogsmeade has been cancelled."
"No way? My God!" Ron wailed.
The place is gone, and I can't go to Hogsmeade yet.
What a bad birthday.
Worse still was the dreadfully boring Apparition class, in which almost no one succeeded, and there were separate howls of terror.
The three 'd's were about to be read into Tycross's head, and resistance spread among the students.
Entering March, Harry wished Ron: "Happy birthday, Ron, I'll give you a present."
Ron, still asleep, responded vaguely.
There was already a small pile of packages on Ron's bed, supposedly delivered by the house-elf in the night.
Ron got up to open the presents, not in high spirits.
However, he was soon attracted by the big gold watch given by his parents and screamed.
"This year is really a bumper harvest!" He suddenly felt that his birthday is really good, and he will be an adult again next year.
Mr. Weasley had been promoted, so it was impossible to give his son a humble coming-of-age gift.
Although this large gold watch is not pure gold, it is also very valuable.
Ron made a good start at the beginning, which made him look forward to the gifts later.
He tore open the packages one by one, and unknowingly opened them all.
He saw a box of chocolate crucibles on the ground, thought he dropped it, picked it up and opened it.
Stuffing a chocolate cauldron into his mouth, he watched Harry worrying about something, and asked vaguely, "What are you thinking?"
"I was thinking about the mission Dumbledore gave me." Harry regretted, "After Snape came back, I didn't have a chance to meet Slughorn."
"Nonsense," Ron said gloomily, eating the second chocolate cauldron, "can't you join that slug club?"
"Yeah, but I don't really like..." Harry muttered.
Speaking of the Slug Club, there were two more after Christmas.
But Harry didn't go there, he was a little afraid that Slughorn would suddenly ask him a question, and he couldn't answer it.
Just like at the train party at the beginning of school, he will not be the capital of Malfoy and their jokes.
Especially seeing Blaise at the party courting Ginny would make him want to put a jinx on Blaise.
He sat on the bed and picked up the Marauder's Map and looked at it. Slughorn often stayed in the office.
It's the same this time.
Even if Harry wanted to, there was no reason.
It was almost time for Apparation class, Harry got out of bed and dressed himself, looked back at Ron and asked, "Are you ready?"
Harry hadn't noticed that the chocolate cauldron Ron had eaten wasn't one of his birthday presents.
When he was about to reach the door of the dormitory, Harry found that Ron hadn't come yet.
He turned suspiciously, and saw Ron leaning against the bedpost, staring at the rain-washed window.
There was a confused and weird expression on his face, like a lost lamb.
If you look carefully, you can see what is hidden in his melancholy eyes like a literary youth.
"Ron, it's breakfast." Harry reminded him that time was almost up.
"I'm not hungry."
When Harry heard the answer, his expression was very strange.
It doesn't fit the personality of Gryffindor cooking king Ron Weasley to be full after eating a box of chocolate cauldrons.
Harry glared at him, "Are you full?"
"Well, well, I'll go down with you," Ron sighed resentfully, as if Harry was bothering him, "but I don't want to eat."
His morose tone gave Harry goosebumps, he looked at Ron hesitantly, and found the half box of chocolate cauldrons on the bed.
"You ate half the chocolate cauldron, didn't you?"
"That's not the case," Ron sighed again, making Harry a little irritable, and he said sadly, "You...you don't understand."
I don't understand what I don't understand, I don't understand the gold content of you, the king of Gryffindor cooking?
Harry didn't want to talk to the Riddler any more, and turned around to open the door.
"Harry!"
"what?"
Ron yelped, making Harry startle.
Seeing Ron said with a painful face like someone who has taken too much strange things in some film and television dramas: "Harry, I can't stand it!"
"What can't you bear?" Harry was dumbfounded.
"I can't think of her!" said Ron hoarsely.
"Her?" Harry was dumbfounded, who is this she?
Are you single? When did you add her?
There's only one question on Harry's mind, can we go to the Great Hall and cook dinner?
"I don't think she knows I exist." Ron began his own one-man show, keeping Harry's hand in the air and keeping him out of the conversation.
"Who is she?" Harry collapsed, what happened to Ron today?
Ron said affectionately, "Romeda Vannie," in a soft, disgusting voice.
When he said this, Ron looked so infatuated as if a ray of pure sunlight had penetrated his body.
Harry and Ron looked at each other for nearly a minute, and Harry repeatedly confirmed that the name Ron said was not a name he was familiar with.
As if he was suddenly fed a mouthful of dog food, he said uncertainly, "Are you kidding me?"
"I think I love her." It was still the same voice, and Ron ate a chocolate cauldron and turned into a lover?
Harry took a deep breath, he felt that Ron was playing him on purpose.
"Okay, okay, say it again seriously."
Harry swore that if Ron said anything about whether he liked it or not, he would definitely leave!
However, Ron didn't feel ashamed at all, and held his breath and said affectionately: "I love her, have you seen her beautiful hair, it's black and shiny..."
Harry did what he said, and sneered: "It's so funny, this is the best joke I've ever heard, okay, stop making trouble."
He turned and walked away, only to get punched in the ear.
Furious, Harry turned around and drew his wand to cast a fuchsia.
The silent spell learned this school year came in handy, and Ron was directly hung up.
Harry yelled with a 'how dare you hit me' look, "Why?"
"You insulted her! You said it was a joke!" Ron was dishonest when he was hanging.
Harry finally noticed something was wrong, and he looked at the chocolate cauldron suddenly, which became more and more familiar.
At last he recognized it. Hadn't Romilda Vane given it to him before Christmas?
When I was looking for the Marauder's Map just now, I just threw it out. Harry didn't eat it because Hermione said it might have been given a love potion.
Seeing Ron's performance, Harry shivered. If Ginny saw him like this, he would rather die.
Ignoring Ron who was yelling for Romida, Harry said with a headache, "Well, I have to find someone to treat you..."
Harry paused, remembering the four cauldrons in his first Potions class, Slughorn must have a way.
Just do it, Harry took Ron, who was still calling Romilda's name, to the principal's office.
...
The cancellation of the trip to Hogsmeade did not prevent John from leaving the school without permission.
Rules never bound him.
He was sitting in the Pig's Head Tavern, and Aberforth, the tavern owner, was a little dazed.
If Aberforth remembered correctly, this kid should not be here today.
It's fine for you kid to skip class openly, but you actually left school openly.
And he didn't mean to shy away from himself in the slightest.
How can you say that you are also the eyeliner of the former headmaster of Hogwarts, you kid is really not afraid of me reporting it.
John glanced at Aberforth, what was the old man doing with all the nonsense going on in his mind.
After waiting for a while, he saw a graceful figure in a silk white robe approaching.
The visitor wore a white mask and was tightly covered by a cloak.
John looked at Fu Rong who came over, and said helplessly, "You don't want to dress up like this on a whim, do you?"
"Of course," Fleur said, taking off the mask and blinking, "isn't it interesting?"
"Well, indeed." John shrugged, Tang Mi was dressed like this back then.
He saw Aberforth approaching with a wine glass, raised his hand to stop him, "No need, your glass is too dirty."
Aberforth's eyes widened. Are you sitting in my store and not consuming?
Aberforth, who was driven away, blew his beard and stared.
Fleur took out the Heart of Silence, forming a magical field impenetrable to sound.
The cautious performance made John serious.
"Sybill Trelawney prophesied."
Fu Rong took out a tightly wrapped crystal ball and said, "She frightened Jennifer, but I don't seem to remember it."
Fortunately, John has the foresight. As a person who prophesies throughout the entire Harry Potter series, he has always given enough caution.
After taking the crystal ball, John glanced and nodded to Fleur.
