“If good karma is not repaid, then cause and effect will not be complete, and the foundation of our religion will not exist.”

“There are also people whom the Buddha cannot save, not because he is unwilling to save them.”

Causes and conditions come and go, cause and effect are cyclical, and retribution is inevitable. Looking through the three realms, the only one who has the fate to cut off his Buddhahood is none other than Sect Master Wen."
